HN Hissikonsultointi Oy was founded in 2017. Our services cover all aspects of elevators, escalators, and automatic door systems, from planning and procurement to installation supervision and final acceptance, delivered professionally and reliably to our clients.
We create added value for our clients by conducting equipment condition assessments and long-term repair plans (LTP/budgeting), as well as providing various lifecycle management services tailored to individual customer needs.
A significant part of our operations includes tendering for maintenance contracts, monitoring the quality of maintenance work, reviewing repair invoices, and organizing tendering for minor repairs.
We operate with certified elevator work supervision qualifications (HIH permit). The industry is regulated by TUKES (the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency). We continuously monitor changes in industry legislation and ensure our clients make the right procurement decisions.
